InterBioScreen, Ltd. and Princeton BioMolecular Research Enter into Enhanced Partnership to Expand Small Molecule Discovery Chemistry and Services, Worldwide.
Princeton New Jersey, USA & Moscow, Russia, April 24, 2003 - InterBioScreen and Princeton BioMolecular Research announced a partnership, which will build on their existing capabilities to produce and deliver new generations of discovery molecules for life science research, worldwide. The two companies signed a long-term collaborative agreement to exploit their core, discovery research competencies in small molecule chemistry. It will include InterBioScreen's extensive natural and synthetic chemistry organization and resources, and Princeton BioMolecular's established molecular & medicinal chemistry research expertise, and laboratories in the United States.
